In the daily electroplating industry, the electroplating brighteners we often use have caused more serious pollution. Therefore, it is urgent for us to promote cleaner production and take the road of sustainable development. In our research, we can use non-toxic or low-toxic substances to replace the original substances, which is the fundamental way to solve the pollution of electroplating. In the electroplating industry, brightener is a very important electroplating additive, so we will briefly introduce our research direction here.

In the electroplating industry, due to the large amount of toxic and harmful waste water, waste gas and waste residues produced during the production process, it will be quiet after serious pollution. Although there are professional environmental protection equipment and relatively mature filtration methods, the treatment of the three wastes of electroplating is still a big problem. Therefore, we promote the production of clean electroplating brighteners and take the road of sustainable development, so as to solve the pollution problem in the electroplating process.

In order to adapt to market requirements, we adopted environmentally friendly alkaline electroplating brighteners when developing new electroplating brighteners, which successfully made up for the shortcomings of zincate electroplating brighteners and made alkaline electroplating brighteners a qualitative leap. In some respects it has surpassed the previous cyanide. Research has shown that the new electroplating brightener has strong dispersing ability, good throwing ability, simple operation and high cost performance, which makes the new electroplating brightener get better development.

The emergence of new electroplating brighteners has enabled us to have better electroplating materials with less pollution, and better solutions to environmental protection issues. At the same time, the new electroplating brightener has better performance than the previous highly polluting electroplating solution, so that the new electroplating solution has been better developed.
